Assistant Professor
Biography

As an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Ahram Canadian University, I bring a wealth of expertise in neuropharmacology, hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, cardiotoxicity, chemotherapeutic agents, and the safety of drugs and chemicals. With a Ph.D. from Cairo University, my research has focused on innovative therapeutic strategies to mitigate drug-induced liver injuries and other toxicological effects earned the Best Ph.D. Thesis Award at the 2nd ACU International Pharmaceutical Conference in 2018. I have extensive experience in teaching, securing research funding, and leading various academic and research initiatives. My work is published in numerous high-impact international journals, and I am dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical sciences through both education and cutting-edge research. Additionally, I have played a significant role in several administrative positions, including directing the Animal House and participating in the Quality Assurance Unit. I have also served on many committees, such as the Central Research Laboratory, Field Training, Transferred Students, and Struggling Students committees. My dedication to advancing pharmaceutical sciences is reflected in my commitment to both education and pioneering research, aiming to contribute meaningful advancements in the field.
